The
organizing proposal can
be read here. GRAVEL is intended to be a resource to the
growing game research interests on the University of Minnesota
campus through providing short courses,
a lecture series, a grants program
for faculty, and other
programs. In addition, GRAVEL provides the network between faculty
and student expertise on campus which can
been tapped for the purposes of designing and conducting
game and virtual environment based research.
GRAVEL
is intended to bridge the interests and expertise on the
UM campus with community and commercial enterprises for the
mutual exploration and advanced understanding of game and
virtual reality environments.
